Power and Size: Built for the Job
Here’s the thing about these lamps. They run on a 400V high-voltage setup, packing serious power into a small footprint. A 300mm tube, cranking out 2500W, delivers intense heat exactly where you need it. That power lets you run multiple lamps side-by-side without tripping the circuit. But it also means your cooling system needs to be up to the task, ready to handle the extra heat in the air. And the 1050mm length? It gives you a steady, even heating window across the whole glass panel. So every inch cures the same.
Inside the Lamp: Halogen and a Smart Connection
The heart of it is a shortwave infrared halogen element, tucked inside a quartz tube. Halogen means lightning-fast response and a pinpoint thermal focus—just what you need to control that cure. The quartz tube can take the shock of flipping on and off, again and again, without cracking. For hooking up, we use an R7s connector. It’s a standard, tough interface that lets you swap lamps on the line in seconds—no tools needed. Just a quick, reliable connection that keeps your downtime down.
The Real Win: Controlling the Cure, Zone by Zone
The magic happens when you get to control the heat in different sections. Install the lamps in separate zones, and you can map out the temperature curve across the whole line. You can ramp up the heat to flash off the solvent, hold steady for the main silvering reaction, and then cool down for a smooth finish.
