We don’t just flip a giant “on” switch. That would be a waste of money. By hooking this up to a smart system, you can set up zones. We can use PIR sensors so the heat only kicks in when someone is actually standing in a specific bay. If a section of the floor is empty, the heaters stay off. A Quick Warning on the Power
Here is the catch: instant heat requires a lot of juice. If you trigger every single radiator in a massive facility at the exact same moment, you’re asking for a voltage drop. Or worse, you’ll trip your breakers and be right back where you started—in the cold. To avoid this, we build “staggered start-ups” into the logic. The system wakes up the radiators in small groups, one after another. It keeps the electrical load smooth and your panel happy. Just make sure your electrical gear is rated for the peak load if you really want that one-click “heat everything” button.
